J.C. Suurmond & zn. Tax consultants v.o.f. can process personal data about you, because:

If you have commissioned J.C. Suurmond & zn. Tax consultants v.o.f. to perform work for you, your personal data will be processed for: ·

How long J.C. Suurmond & zn. Tax consultants v.o.f. stores data 

J.C. Suurmond & zn. Tax consultants v.o.f. will not keep your personal data longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. Our retention period is 7 years. cAfter that we can destroy your data or keep the data longer in order to provide you with a better service.

Sharing with others 

J.C. Suurmond & zn. Tax consultants v.o.f. only provide your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of an agreement with you, or to comply with a legal obligation. Thus, we may provide information pertaining to visitors to service providers who process this information for us. These parties are ‘EU-US Privacy Shield’ certified, so they must comply with European privacy regulations.
Incidentally, this only concerns a limited number of sensitive personal data, including your anonymised IP address data.

Mapping website visits

Remarketing

Our website uses the Google AdWords Remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) targeting users who have previously visited our website. Email marketing

J.C. Suurmond & zn. Tax consultants v.o.f. wishes to use your email address to send you informative and marketing related emails regarding (international) tax advice. You will receive these emails if you: ·

  • are our customer or;·
  • have given permission for this when filling in the contact form or;·
  • entered your name and email address in a so-called opt-in form or completed the registration form where you ended up via a Facebook advertisement. In your Facebook account you will find information about privacy and account security methods.

Our newsletters are send with the Aweber email system. Herefore your email address will be stored in Awber. Your data will not be shared with third parties. Here you will find the Privacy Policy of Aweber. If you decide not to receive emails, you can unsubscribe from receiving emails at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.

Social media 

The social media buttons on this website only contain links to the relevant social media pages or make it easier for you to share content on our website. By means of these buttons, J.C. Suurmond & zn. Tax consultants v.o.f. does not process personal data. If you click on a social media button, your personal data will be processed by the relevant social media service. J.C. Suurmond & zn. Tax consultants v.o.f. has no influence on the way in which these platforms handle your personal data and bears no responsibility for this and accepts no liability whatsoever. We recommend that you carefully read the privacy statements and terms of use of these parties.

Removal, inspection, corrections, forwarding and right to object

You have the right to inspect, correct or delete the personal data that we have about you (unless, of course, this conflicts with any legal obligations). You can also object to the processing of your personal data (or part thereof) by us or by one of our processors.
