Fees and procedure

Hourly rates
Every tax situation is unique—especially when international aspects or significant interests are involved. As each case is different and often requires a tailored approach, we do not use standard rates.
However, we generally strive to offer a fixed fee once the situation is sufficiently clear to us. This depends, among other things, on the information available and the explanations provided. It is also, for example, uncertain how the tax inspector will respond to the chosen position.
Use the contact form to briefly describe your situation and ask any questions you may have.
An advisor will review your case and may ask a few follow-up questions.
Once your situation is clear, the advisor will send you a proposal outlining how we can assist you and the related costs.
If you agree to the proposal, the advisor will schedule the agreed-upon services.

— founder
As a tax advisory firm, we emphasise our advisory role and offer a comprehensive service. Our aim is not just to deliver a specific “product” as quickly as possible, but to provide our clients with high-quality, well-rounded solutions in multiple areas. The long term also plays a significant role in our work. Our goal is for clients to rely on us for the long term.
Our thorough approach often leads to significant savings for our clients, allowing our fees to be recovered in the short or long term—always within the limits of the law and applicable tax treaties.
Above all, you have the assurance that your interests are being handled with the highest level of care. It is also essential that you meet your obligations to the Dutch Tax Authorities so that you do not face any unexpected issues or penalties later on.
